  • Fixed problem where spell-check settings are not saved.
  • Fixed problem where highlights made to snap-shot file are not rendered if the file is viewed multiple times in a session. The solution to this required a change to the full path to the temporary file created when viewing snap-shots, meaning that highlights made to snap-shot files before this release won't render. If this is an big issue for you, then don't upgrade to this version at this time.
  • Update software to use new web address when contacting the server for activation/registration purposes.

  • Add keyword list to the split-view to make it very easy to add/delete keywords for items. By showing the split view and the new keywords tab, the keywords for the selected item are shown and can be edited in the new tab rather than having to call up the item's properties dialog.
  • Add ability to select all, cut/copy and paste to/from an item's keyword list. This makes it easy to copy keywords from one item to several others.
  • Add keyword filter to the tasks navigation pane.
  • Add to the keywords navigation pane the ability select multiple keywords, thereby only showing items which have all of the selected keywords.
  • Improve error handling for invalid integer custom attribute values.
  • Show completed and cancelled tasks as greyed out and struck-through.

  • When the KnowledgeWorkshop executable is passed a kw:// URL parameter which refers to a folder, show that folder as selected in the main navigation tree and expand it to show its contents.
