What's new in LeaderTask 15.2.2.0

  • Improved teammates` access to Boards. Now it is not difficult to change the access rights of a teammate. Just go to the properties of the Board you need and change the rights from reading to editing and vice versa
  • For convenience, we moved the “Add Card " button from the basement to the column name or under the last column card (if there is one)
  • In addition, we added a highlight of the card when hovering and navigating in the Boards by mouse capture - fast movement to the right and left
  • In the new version, you can transfer cards from one Board to another. Just grab one of the cards and move it to the desired Board in the Navigator
  • But that's not all - make tasks out of the cards. Move the card to the Calendar or any section of the Navigator and it will automatically create a task with the appropriate parameters
  • Also, to quickly change the parameters, we made the "Properties" button right in the Boards and moved it to the upper-right corner of the window
  • Accelerated editing of the names of columns and cards - double click and you are already editing the name of the Board, the column or card you need
  • We made a full-fledged window of card properties. All parameters are now edited in one place
  • Thus, in the context menu, the card has only 2 options left: delete and properties
  • The ability to set the cover has been added to the card properties dialog. Attach images not only from your computer, but also from the clipboard
  • The date of its creation was added to the properties of the card
  • Links in the card name and in the note are now active
  • You can now set a budget for each card. And that's not all - all the cards` budgets are summed up and displayed at the column name.

  • We released a new version of LeaderTask for Windows 15.1. Now you no longer need to think about how to visualize your goals or get a complete picture of the progress of projects.
  • In your personal life:
  • visualize your goals for a week, month, or a year;
  • visually display, for example, a diet plan or medication intake; work at home or in your car; and much more.
  • In your work and business:
  • build a project execution plan;
  • create a strategy and goals for your business for years to come;
  • set up the work of the team within certain departments, directions, time (for example, the column — the number of the week, cards — the main goals);
  • and much, much more.
  • Each Board consists of:
  • Stages - steps
  • Cards - specific goals and objectives
  • For each card, you can:
  • attach files;
  • add a cover, any image to better visualize a specific task;
  • write a note - a more detailed but brief description of what you need to achieve or do.
  • You can also transfer cards between columns. It is convenient when something in your plans has changed and you can, for example, buy a new apartment not in 2021, but in 2022 :(
  • We also thought about collaborating on Boards in LeaderTask.
  • You can add any teammate to the Board that you created yourself.
  • In this case we adopted one very important point — access when working together with Boards:
  • Write access:
  • Any member of the Board can add cards, stages, add notes, files, covers, and transfer cards between stages. In general, full access to the Board and Its content.
  • It is very convenient when working on projects or plans for a certain period of time.
  • Read access:
  • The Board member can only see what is going on in the Board.
  • It is suitable when you want the participant only to see, but not be able to change anything, for example, to introduce all teammates with the goals of your company.
  • You can also color any Board to visually highlight Boards with high priority or separate personal from work boards.
  • We very much hope that you will enjoy this functionality and you will actively use it not only in your work, but also in your life.
  • We certainly use it — we build a plan for working on platforms for each week in the Boards. Very convenient, really!

  • LeaderTask has become simpler and more convenient. Elements of navigation are improved, new interface lets you start working just after the installation.
  • Now to get known what do you have to do today it is enough to just click at the "Today" in the Navigator.
  • Just drag and drop a task to the title of the calender to choose the necessary date.
  • In this version any employee can add a subtask to a task the employee assigned.
  • Projects, categories, contacts are now gathered in one tree in the navigator, this lets you get focus quickly in the task stream.
  • You can now change the status of a task just in the task reminder notification.
  • Unread tasks and the folders where they are located are now bold — you'll see at once what tasks have an updated information.
  • Taking into account the date set by the manager who assigned you a task, you can set your date, when really will execute it.
  • Even if you have thousands of tasks and contacts, LeaderTask keeps working quickly.
  • You can now quickly find out whom did you assign what tasks just in the navigator using a new special poin called "Orders from me".
  • Next step in team work. Now any employee can create a common project and provide access to this project. The employees who get access see all tasks gathered in this project.
  • There is no question about the sequence of the execution of tasks. The employee sees the tasks in order they were assigned by the manager.
  • Every employee can now create a tag and attach it to a task marking this way its' condition, urgency or any other important information at the moment.
  • Now you can create right in the program a note in the rtf format using the built-in editor.
  • Every employee can have kit of markers to highlight the tasks with colours the way it is convenient.
  • Now you can find out quickly what tasks were done in a concrete period using filtration by date and status.
