What's new in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 19.0

- Version 19.0 of Lepide Active Directory Self Service introduces a number of new key features and enhancements; including a completely redesigned user interface for better user experience. Below is a list of the changes in the latest version:
- The first 5 digits of phone numbers will now be replaced with ‘*’.
- Supervisors can be assigned OUs in order to change the password of the users that lie in those OUs.
- An option is now provided in the policy to automatically enroll all users of the selected OUs.
- There is now an option to change the password used to login to the Admin portal.
- There is now an option to enter multiple email address for two factor authentication (2FA) when changing password.
- The user interface has been updated.
New in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 17.0 (Jun 21, 2017)
- The solution now shows enrollment notifications through a dialog box just after the logon of un-enrolled users on any domain computer. The administrator can now select the format of date and time that will be displayed in both Admin Console and User Console.
- To improve security features, Java SE Development Kit 8 has been integrated into the new version. Security questions have also been improved by ensuring that the answers to two or more security questions (required to reset the password of a user) cannot be the same.
New in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 16.2 (Aug 23, 2016)
- LADSS is an advanced self-service password reset and account unlock tool. In the updated version, the AD users will now get authenticated through their GUID and not with the usernames. Also, the issues of dual account display and dual login during remote desktop connections at CP machines has been resolved. The problem of reset password and unlock account link has also been addressed and the support of GINA/CP has been extended across all the desktop and server versions of windows.
New in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 15.0 (Mar 10, 2015)
- The new version (v 15.0) comes with advanced GINA/CP handling.
- Users can now remotely install GINA/CP from their computer.
- Administrators can now use configuration tab of the Admin Console to install and uninstall GINA/CP agents.
- Users can now add computers and select/deselect them to install and uninstall agents.
New in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 14.11 (Nov 27, 2014)
- This version of the software is available with enhanced user interface and bug fixes.
New in Lepide Active Directory Self Service 14.06.01 (Jul 5, 2014)
- Allows the users to unlock account or reset password directly from the login (ALT+CTRL+DEL) screen using GINA/CP feature.
