- File Server Auditor, earlier offered as a standalone product is now a component of LepideAuditor Suite. The permission analysis feature has been added which displays all the historical changes done in the permissions of files and folders. Additionally, administrator can also compare the permissions for the selected file or folder between two time intervals. Other improvements include user interface improvement, report filters enhancement, updated graph view of audit reports and minor bug fixes.
New in LepideAuditor for File Server 15.2 Build 11770 (Jun 15, 2015)
- LepideAuditor for File Server gets updated with the addition of some new features. The new version offers automatic configuration of GPO settings at the time of NetApp agent installation. Now it has two separate wizards for adding file servers and NetApp files. Users and computers for auditing can be added even from remote domains. Also, multiple users can added at a time for auditing. In addition, the user-interface is friendlier, and more convenient with the simplification of many processes.
New in LepideAuditor for File Server 15.1 Build 10770 (Mar 9, 2015)
- The new version (15.1) gives advanced agent management options. Move agent from one computer to another, edit the login credentials of NetApp Administrator when uninstalling agent, manually change the login credentials of agent’s computer, and update all agents at once. Software add computers from multiple domains and verifies administrative rights of the User credentials provided for agent computer and NetApp filers. "No Rule Applied" status for File Servers with no audit rule has been added.
New in LepideAuditor for File Server 14.05.01 Build 9995 (Jun 2, 2014)
- A new report for recently created or deleted shared folders has been added.
- The Report Console filters now include default file types and processes.
