- Changed the parsing of dates to hopefully fix error dealing with non-US standard formats.
- Added Windows Cascading and Vertical / Horizontal tiling.
- Added Window list to Window menu
- Fixed problem with errors not getting caught, all errors should now give full description and the option to email the error to me.
- Fixed a bug related to book grid resizing.
- Disabled the maximize button on several windows that had no need for it, since their layout doesn't change based on size.
