• Can optionally launch PDF after its creation (works on Windows - not sure about others)
• Can turn off/on pdf dir hightlights
• Added a PDF options panel for launching pdf, highlighting, title, and subtitle
• Made a default title for PDFs - MP3CD-DATE
• disables title/subtitle til PDF output is selected
• New splash screen (thanks, sis!)

• Changed local MP3 options to use JButtons instead of radios
