  • Update Sent Items that are Sent-on-behalf. If Sent Items Update Service cannot locate a message in the mailbox of the user in the SENDER field, it will attempt to locate the message to be updated in the sent items folder of the user in the FROM field.

  • Character sets on plain text messages are not changed to the character set specified in the Disclaimer Options.
  • Added the new features:
  • ‘Do not change’ disclaimer option for HTML and Text character sets. This option will retain the character set that was used by the sender of the message.
  • ‘Message Sender’ option. When processing messages for policy evaluation and {field} content, the sender can be identified from a message’s FROM or SENDER header field. FROM is the default option. When using SENDER, messages sent on behalf will have the sender’s details in the message, not the details of the user it is sent on behalf of.
  • ‘Template Sequential Number’. A new {field} has been added. This is a counter that increments each time a specific template has been applied to a message.

  • Reply separator list now supports regular expressions to deal with dynamically generated reply separators such as those generated by Gmail and iOS devices. Reply separators for Gmail and iOS devices will only be present on new installations. The new reply separators will need to be added manually when upgrading from a previous version

  • Attach vCard when sender is inside the organization’ feature added, found on the disclaimer options tab of Mail Disclaimer policies. This new feature allows you to map Active Directory fields to vCard fields so a populated vCard can be attached to messages with the senders contact details.

  • Conditional fields have been added, found under the Fields Chooser, Advanced menu. This allows you to test whether an Active Directory field is blank and then insert data based on this being true or false. This data can include a combination of text, images and other Active Directory fields.

  • You receive an error when opening the “select container” condition option when environment contains a two way trust with multiple forests.
  • RTF error when smart tables are nested.
  • Extended email subjects may be truncated.
  • RTF messages with a non-black text color may cause text color to change.
  • Certain characters in RTF are converted to question marks when a hyperlink is present in body of the message.
  • Disclaimer not applied when a user's proxy address does not contain a type prefix.
  • Incorrect group membership evaluation for Dynamic Distribution groups.
  • Group expansion does not occur on cached groups.
  • Groups which are members of a Dynamic Distribution Group do not have their members enumerated.
  • Members of a Dynamic Distribution Group are not enumerated as members of a parent Distribution Group.
  • Messages that contain duplicate internal recipients may not be disclaimed .
  • Improved handling of messages with incorrect HTML mark up.
