- Task structure duplication:
- This feature allows you to duplicate part of your task structure. Let’s say your task hierarchy is based on projects where each project has such tasks as “preparation”, “analysis”, “consultation”, “development”, “testing”, etc. Now you want to create a new project which is split into same subprojects. MapleXp helps you handle this scenario. First select the task you want to duplicate and choose the Copy Task Structure command. Then select a task which will become a parent of duplicated tasks and choose the Paste Task Structure… command.
- More controls over formatting of durations:
- For any place in the application you can decide what format the duration will use.
- Totals panel for Work Items Registry:
- The Work Items Registry windows has got a new panel at the bottom which shows totals for the selected work items.
- Labor value shown for the running task:
- The value of the running task can be now shown in notification area tooltip and windows 7 taskbar thumbnail.
