- Improved voice-to-note recognition.

- Fixed problem on Windows Vista where playing/stopping/replaying would eventually cause a fatal error (this also might have occurred on some soundcards on Windows XP, but primarily a Windows Vista bug).
- If no notes are recorded, but other messages such as controller changes are recorded it will now not say 'No notes were recorded' - it will allow you to insert non-note recordings.
- Took out MIDI master clock initialization by default (this was causing an error on some soundcards) - this can be changed by inserting into Tuner.INI (into the [VCAudioEXE] section): UseMasterClock=1
