- Just a patch for a bug in the version 6.00 installer where the updater doesn't get included if you updated from 5.00 or 5.01.
- Changed the byte processing from 500000 bytes (500kb) to 1000000 bytes (1mb).
- Added U3 "Smart" Drive release. (BETA testers needed!)

- New, compact, sleeker and smaller interface.
- Web enabled. You can now use MFTMC through your browser. (Some features have been ommited on the web version.)
- More secure folder convertion method. (Thanks to Rosebelle.)
- Requires registration key before the user can use some of the features on the desktop version.
- Added convertion for "My Network Places".
- Added convertion for "Network Connections".
- Added convertion for "Printers and Faxes".
- Added the option to change the compression level.
- Added the option to launch the updater from within the application.

- This program's unregistered version is now free-to-try for 100 runs (plus 1 bonus run). After that alloted number of runs, the program will stop working but you can still revert previously converted folders

- Fixed the bug of the registration method where in some computers, you can use the Registration Code "12345" to activate the program
- Fixed the hidden easter-egg of the program
- Setup now comes with an updater which always checks at startup for newer versions of the program
- Securely enter your passwords
- Changed the hint message alert display
- Automatically checks and downloads Runtime Essentials 10.03.08 if it is missing
- Now comes with a semi-complete README file in Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
