However you can change the default slide settings by the SlideShow | Default Slide Settings menu. All new slides you add to the project will use these settings.
- The Sound button changes the Sync Playlist. The slides are synchronized with this playlist (the "Synchronize slides with audio" option is removed). However you can still use the Background Playlist (independent of the slides) and edit it by the SlideShow | Background Playlist menu.
- The Sound column with the slide-specific playlists is hidden by default. Right-click on the slide list header to display it.
- The program uses the new project format (".ssx" file extension). You can open v2 ".ss" projects by the File | Open menu selecting "SlideShow projects v2.x" in the "Files of type" dropdown list.
