Block categories template with a password:
By doing this, only the person with the password will be able to modify the categories template.
Action registering with excluding categories:
With this option the registering actions can be made with excluding categories.
Example: With two buttons named “Possession” and “Not possession” the possession of the ball can be registered exactly.
Add descriptors in any category previously registered:
Users can add any descriptor to a category previously registered without changing environments.
By doing this, it is not necessary to be in the timeline to add descriptors to actions registered seconds/minutes before a certain moment.
Increase of hotkeys available to register actions:At the time of registering actions, SHIFT+KEY (letters) combinations can be used to increase available hotkeys to 52.
Change name of any button (category or descriptor) in a template during registering of actions:
The name of any button can be changed during action registering without changing environments.
Activate/deactivate “auto add descriptor at each click” property during registering of actions:
Property “auto add descriptor at each click” can be activated/deactivated in a descriptor during registering of actions without changing environments.
Finish manual mode when registering categories with key ESC:
With this option all the categories in manual mode active in any moment can be finished at the same time.
Hide descriptors red button shown in the template.
Export databases as text file (TXT) from Timeline:
.nac databases can be saved as a text file (TXT) to work with other programs and to obtain statistical information.
Export .nac databases as .XML files:
With this option, Nacsport databases can be used in other Timeline based software.

Export .nac databases to Microsoft Excel:
Nacsport databases can be exported to Microsoft Excel, in two different data structures.
Synchronise from any point of the Timeline:
Actions registered can be synchronised (moved) from any moment of the Timeline, by using the vertical line of the Timeline as a starting point.
Move among timeline categories with keys:
By clicking “A” on the keyboard, users will move to the next category row, and by clicking “Q”, they will move back to the previous one.
Create videos directly from Timeline, registered actions with drawings included:
Previously, this option was only available in Presentations.
Customisable data matrix size:
Users will have better use of the data matrix
Switch sizes of the data matrix:
With this option, users can switch between the size modified by the user and size adjusted by the program.
Hide/show the sum of registers in the name of every category:
Option useful to avoid confusion when the category is a number.
Move through lists with keys:
By clicking “A” on the keyboard, users will move to the next list, and by clicking “Q”, they will move back to the previous one
Select text position to be superimposed in the video produced:
From the timeline or presentation, users will place superimposed text in the upper /lower part of the generated video
New output format when producing videos: .m4v:
Optimized video format for Web Ready Standard, Web Ready HD, iPhone, iPod, YouTube Standard and YouTube HD.
Video capture in high definition (HDV) via FireWire:
Users will be able to capture video in HDV (and register actions at the same time) via FireWire. Output video format is .mpg (1440x1080).
Capture video in .mp4 format via FireWire or USB Video Digitiser:
Users will be able to capture video in .mp4 (and register actions at the same time) via FireWire or via USB Video Digitiser. You can watch our video explanation of the USB Video Digitiser on our YouTube channel.
Import database (XML) from timeline based programs:
With this option, you can run Nacsport with databases from other programs.
Note: contact us to know which XML databases are compatible.
Revision and edition of actions registered in real time without leaving a capture:
With this tool, users do not need to leave a capture to view or edit actions registered in real time.
By doing this, decision making during an event is quicker and better.
Note: This option is not available to HDV capture.
Creating lists and presentations, automatically, while registering actions:
Autolist: When this property is assigned to a button in a categories template, a list with all the actions registered under this parameter will be created automatically in the presentation.
Autopresentation: When this property is assigned to a button in a categories template, a presentation (.pre) will be automatically created with all actions containing this parameter classified by videos
Option to register with a same descriptor many times in an action registered:
In an action (a counterattack, for instance) where a player (Peter, for instance) intervenes many times, user can register each time he is taking part. Counterattack will be a category and Peter a descriptor.
Linking two videos to a same database:
This tool will allow users, in the case of having two angles from a same event, to review actions simultaneously and select their favorite one out of both videos to be displayed in the presentation later.
Example: a same Timeline can be used with the video offered by TV broadcast and other video obtained by your own camera.
Access to the moment a descriptor appears:
With this feature, users will have access to any moment where a descriptor has been tagged. By doing so, it is not necessary to watch the whole clip from the beginning.
Example: in a clip where some players have participated, this tool will allow users to get to the moment that one specific player has taken part instead of watching the whole clip from the beginning.
