New in NeoPaint 4.6 (Apr 9, 2010)

  • New Tools: Red-eye Removal, Burn/Dodge, Pencil and Texture Brush. Most of these tools can be found by double clicking on the Highlighter/Specialty Tools icon. The Pencil can be found by double clicking the Brush Icon. (The Texture Brush replaces the old Oil Paint Brush. However, Oil Paint is still available as one of the textures.)

  • Added a Copy Multiple option to the Edit menu. This option allows you to duplicate a selected area multiple times across an image. You can specify the number of copies, the direction and the distance between the copies.
  • Added a Wrap option to the Stamp Pad tool. When enabled, this option causes stamp images to wrap to the opposite side when they move beyond the picture’s boundaries.
