  • New feature! Now users can specify the field order for the [Salutation] auto-replace key word, choosing from various name fields, the company name, the primary or secondary contact fields, and the first row of the address from QuickBooks. New [Salutation 2] field can also be defined.
  • Optionally, both of the calculated [Salutation] and [Salutation 2] fields can be used as the leading rows of each donor’s statement address, instead of the 5-row address block from QuickBooks.
  • Reorganized the Options & Create tab of the Create Donor Statements window and moved the Company and Donor Address options into their own sub-windows.

  • New option included in the Customer/Duplex print feature to print the donor’s first address row (their ~name) in the header of each page of a multi-page statement.
  • When using the option to repeat donation table titles on each page, eject the page one row earlier to avoid sometimes printing the last row of the prior page on the next page – which happened when Excel thought the page would fit, but then at print time it didn’t quite fit.
  • For new users, change the default vertical space between the donor address and the donor salutation from 90 to 60 points.
  • For new users, change the default detail table field titles to shortened versions of themselves, just as when selecting the fields manually on the Table tab.
  • Now when the optional additional text below the company return address is a USPS “Endorsement”, automatically space and bold it per USPS rules.

  • Now when using the Summary Table option, the titles of the table are formatted much like the Detail table titles.
  • Now Right-align the statement date and statement number fields.
  • The Align Address tab will now display the saved settings when first displayed, before making additional adjustments.
  • Set the spacing below the organization’s legal return address position on statements, which impacts where the customer return address appears, even when not actually adding the organization address to the statement.
  • Updates to the automatic feature that sizes the statement columns so they fill the printed page when they’d otherwise be too narrow.
