  • What is new:
  • We have spent a lot of work and thought on how improve the usability!
  • Notesbrowser Editor now works like a fusion of a text editor and a browser. It combines the best of these two worlds and still opens and edits Notesbrowser files (.nbw files) like a charm. The browser functionality makes it much easier to navigate between your files, stored wherever you like.
  • New key features:
  • Notesbrowser Editor now has a new layout with an icon bar at the top
  • It now supports browser functionality like: homepage, history, previous page and next page
  • There is a fast access button for opening Notesbrowser files in the same folder
  • File features like: new, open, rename
  • You can select at first start between portable mode (for flash drives) and default (stationary) behaviour
  • Many bugs have been removed. Many!
  • Still is absolutely lightweight
  • Bugs removed in this version (beta2):
  • Creating a new Notesbrowser file with 'New' from the menu was creating the file but without the ending .nbw which means it was not visible in the combobox and the fast access menu
  • After switching categories sometimes not the last visited page was selected
  • WinXP: removed a problem that with some dialogs there was an error 'TFileOpenDialog requires Windows Vista or later'
