New in Opus Pro 8.02 (Jul 24, 2012)

  • Everyday Features:
  • YouTube Embedding - add YouTube videos to your publication
  • Resize Mode - resize groups of objects at once.
  • Drag Constrain - restrict dragged objects to their frame.
  • Screenshot Action - grab an image of any page and print or save.
  • Access Master Page Objects from any other page for hide/show/disable etc.
  • Store and restore the position of drag and drop objects.
  • Random page list improved.
  • Screenshot Gallery:
  • You can now save a snapshot of the publication screen at any time and save or print it. We've even got an automatic Snapshot Gallery function which will take snapshots of every page and then lets you print a gallery of pages - ideal for keeping a record of student's progress and replies to drag and drop quizzes, or just for fun!
  • Drag and Drop Even More Powerful:
  • You can now set a drop zone which accepts multiple objects to tile the objects so the chosen objects are not piled on top of one another and remain visible.
  • Dropped objects can also now push out any object in a drop zone if the drop zone only allows one object - no need for users to remove their choice before making another.
  • Finally, Opus Creator will now store the position of dropped objects so that users can move away from a page and come back to find their objects where they left them!
  • Versatile Flash Made Easier:
  • We've now added even more Opus Creator functionality to Flash, including support for all the new features. You can also now exclude pages from the random list and drag and drop appearances for objects are now supported.
