New in Organize:Me 2.1.1 (Nov 17, 2014)

  • Project and Context Inspector:
  • Completely new UI: Project and Context Inspectors are now displayed in place from the top bar. Select any project and click the (i) button below the project title.
  • New Project Setting: Inherit settings. With previous releases of Organize:Pro and Taskfabric2 you have already been able to define default values for each new task. Now you can also set to inherit default values. Settings like priority, context assignments, flagging are copied from the tasks selected when you create a new task.
  • New Context Setting: Specify wether a context is related to a person, location or event. This feature will be available with the next updates in all kind of pickers, so that you can quickly sort out irrelevant contexts (i.e. only show people context for RACI assignments).
  • New Import Modules:
  • Switching from a basic task management system was never as easy as now. Just run the import modules for OSX Reminders (Mac), Outlook Tasks (Windows) or Google Tasks (Mac and Windows) to copy all the tasks you already created.
  • Generic improvements:
  • Review Next Steps: Drag and Drop works again for the sidebar. Simply drag any task (or tasks) and drop it on any date to re-assign the review date.
