What's new in PChat IRC 1.5.0

• updated for support for gtk 2.24.10, gonna work on a new makefile system for the plugins as well soon.
• didn’t get to the new makefile system for the plugins but this will be the final commit for PChat 1.5, the binary release will feature a monolithic version of gtk runtime meaning it’s just 1 dll that does not need external gtkrc themes etc so it kind of parodies XChat’s shareware release which minigtk but minus the smiley support
