  • PDF Impress 10.91.07.248 is available for download. Pricing starts at $79.95 for 3 user license. This update is free for all previous PDF Impress 10 commercial license users. PDF Impress older versions and giveaway license users qualify for an upgrade discount. PDF Impress 10 #248 will install default as 30 days fully functional trial. If you already have installed previous version of the PDF Impress 10 (expired trial or giveaway license) it will replace it. The list of new feature additions and bug fixes are as follows:
  • Added warning message into Security task to notify user when confirmed password does not match the original one.
  • Add support for remembering the last used location in PDF Impress Tools Open, Save and Save As dialogs.
  • Fixed the issue when encrypted file was created with a blank password due mismatch in password entry.

  • Use any scanner or webcam to convert hard copies of your documents and photos into PDF files. Merge multiple scans, image files or shots from webcam into one PDF document with ease and automatically open it in PDF Impress Tools for further PDF manipulation.
  • Provides the ability to optimize PDF files for quick viewing through the web. The linearization process will allow viewers to begin reading the document before it has been completely downloaded. Fast Web View enabled PDF files can be created through Profiles or through Watchers.
  • Use built-in OCR to convert scan or image file with text into searchable PDF. OCR is based on Tesseract and default language support includes English, German, French and Spanish, more languages can be added on by user.
  • Load document menu in PDF Impress Tools allows to select image file, perform various filtering, content reduction, OCR and other editing before converting it into PDF and merging with a current content in Tools.
  • Additionally to graphic formats, you can now export PDF content into text (.txt) format directly from PDF Impress Tools Save as menu.
  • Easily select any text in PDF document and then right click and click on COPY (or use shortcut CTRL+C) to copy selected text into clipboard for further processing.
  • PDF Impress 10 was fully tested and is certified with the latest operating systems and productivity suites.

  • PDF Impress Workroom allows quick one click conversion or a conversion with profile allowing users to define the conversion process on a fly. Users can apply any task directly to a group of documents and digital signing is just a click away.
  • Manipulate PDF documents with a PDF Impress Tools:
  • Standalone PDF Impress Tools will not only replace Adobe Reader by previewing and printing the content of the PDF files, but it also allows adding watermarks, stamps, attachments, document information (metadata), security (encryption and permissions) and digital signature. Users can insert, remove, rotate and extract pages, optimize PDF and setup page layout.
