What's new in PageNotes 1.0.0.4

• Open webpages directly by right-clicking a page note and selecting the 'Open' option. To select all page notes, press CTRL+A, and to select specific page notes, hold CTRL and click items.
• Remove specific items, hold CTRL and click the items you'd like to remove. Then right-click the list and click 'Remove' from the menu.
• You can now copy the pages (and notes) directly to the clipboard. Select the items you want copied, right-click the list, and click Copy Selected Pages (or Selected Notes, or Selected Pages+Notes).
