Interface:
main window in 24bpp mode: UNI palette color number is displaying on mode icon at the top-right window corner like in 8bpp mode now, and it can be changed by middle click/ctrl+click like in 8bpp mode
"Adaptation & Interpolation" method selection: "UNI-palette: Simple" and "UNI-palette: Super" items are extended with "(N colors)" text, where N is current UNI-palette color count from Options
"FC" and "BC" labels were center-aligned relative to according color cells
"Text" tool window can be stretched with mouse to any size now
main menu: language icons in Language submenu contains "Pyc" and "Eng" text instead of flags now
"Text" tool window: PCF font file name is displaying in "Font" panel also (if PCF font was loaded)
New features:
Minipalette in main window: you can call Minipalette with right click on FC/BC now. In Minipalette you can select FC/BC with left/right mouse button, change color in palette with middle mouse button, and close Minipalette with double click on color, by clicking on X-button or by another right click on FC/BC. Minipalette is showing FC/BC numbers, FC/BC hexadecimal values and color distance between FC and BC
in "Options" menu: new "Minipalette" submenu was added with minipalette settings
"Options"-"Minipalette" menu: new "Binding" option was added, allows you to place minipalette near to FC/BC color cells of main window or at the top-right, bottom-right, bottom-left corner of drawing area. You can switch Binding sequentially with button at the bottom of minipalette also
"Options"-"Minipalette" menu: new option "Show by left click on FC/BC" was added, allows you to swap functions of left and right click on FC/BC, left click on FC/BC will call Minipalette, right click on FC/BC will show Palette window is this option is checked
"Options"-"Minipalette" menu: new option "Hide after doubleclick on palette color" was added, enabled by default, if enabled - double click on any color will select that color and hide minipalette (if you want to show minipalette temporary, to select color and to hide minipalette)
popup menu by right click on picture: new "Minipalette" item was added for showing/hiding of minipalette
RNG in 24bpp mode: if "Minipalette" is displaying now then commands for random FC or BC color selection are selecting random color from "Minipalette", not any RGB-color
RNG: in 24bpp mode if "Minipalette" is displaying now, and in 8bpp mode commands for random FC or BC color selection are selecting random color from palette cell numbers in range of "UNI-palette color count" from options
"Gradient" effect in 8bpp mode: "Flat" gradient (mix of FC and BC colors without gradations) works with any palette now
"Create file" window: new "Empty" palette was added, it contains 256 black colors (for manual palette colors selection)
"Create file" window: if non-UNI palette was selected - "UNI-palette color count" value in options will changed to palette color count now (exception: for CGA4 value is 8) for properly work of RNG random FC/BC color selection
in effects menu of "Palette" window in "Colorgrid" mode: new command "Selected colors order" was added, allows you to sort selected colors (or whole palette if nothing is selected) by brightness, by spectrum (with separation of gray tones and colored tones), by saturation (minispectrums from gray to saturated color tones), to rotate (cyclic shift) selected colors, to mirror sequence of selected colors, to mix selected colors randomly, in 24bpp mode, and in 8bpp mode you can change additionally all color indexes on image and/or internal clipboard according to palette (in this case this function is not changing image and internal clipboard visionally)
"Text" tool window: new encoding (charset) field was added below font name, you can switch charset to next/previous/default with left/right/middle button mouse click on that field
"Text" tool window: new "Menu" field with button (Ctrl+0) shows menu with these features: create new empty text, create new text with charmap for ASCII-art under new Windows (unicode-pseudographics, Courier New font) or (with enabled "Text: ASCII-arts for Win9x" option in Options menu) under old Windows 9x (OEM pseudographics, Terminal font), insert charmap of 0-255 charcodes for current selected encoding, load text from old DOS text file in CP866 encoding, load text from RTF or TXT file and save text to RTF file, convert current paintcad image to ASCII-art with various methods, copy current ASCII-art with FC/BC colors as image to Windows clipboard and exit from text editor to paintcad (for loading of rendered text image from Windows clipboard to paintcad manually)
"Text" tool window: new button "..." was added to "Font" panel, allows you to change font settings for selected text via Windows font-selection dialog window
in "Options-Common" menu: "Text: ASCII-arts for Win9x" option was added, switching methods of ASCII-art processing in Text tool window to mode without unicode (Terminal font, OEM encoding) for old Windows
Errors fixed:
"Palette" window in "Colorgrid" mode and it's copy in "Minipalette": fixed selection of wrong color (first color in table line below) when you click at the right side of table
"Text" tool window: incorrect (in some cases) calculation of text width and cutting of text ending during paste on image were fixed
minipalette is redrawing properly after loading palette from PAL file in main window now
saving of incorrect palette in session and loading of white palette after next launch was fixed
"Palette" window after new file creation in 24bpp mode: fixed incorrect switching of palette tabs to first tab during opening of palette with keyboard after Ctrl key was released

in "Options-Common" menu: "Bro like GoogleBot" option was added, allows you to browse sites with GoogleBot user-agent (with advanced access to closed forums, etc.).
in "Options-Common" menu: "GIF loading: fill transparent pixels with FC" option was added, allows you to recolor transparent areas of opened GIF to FC color (directly in 24bpp mode or via RGB-color changing in palette in 8bpp mode). Also it is working when converting GIF-frames to BMP/JPG-frames.
in "Utilities-BMPs/JPGs processing": you can convert BMP/JPG frames to GIF frames with selection of transparent color number or selection of X:Y coordinates of transparent pixel
Paste window: Target-button (Ctrl+G) for manual input of cursor coordinates was added (for texts and images)
in "Utilities" menu: "AVI-video processing" submenu was added and filled with commands from Utilities menu (AVI-video creation using frames, unpacking AVI-video to separate frames)
in "Utilities-AVI-video processing" menu: "Attach/replace WAV-audio in AVI-video" command was added, allows you to insert or replace audio track in AVI-video file
in "Utilities-AVI-video processing" menu: "Extract WAV-audio from AVI-video" command was added, allows you to extract audio track from AVI-video and save it to WAV file

Create, Open, Save, Processing (brush) icons and Muzz, Bro, Retro icons for Extra menu were redrawed. Open icon is folder now, not bag. icon black borders were replaced with lighter colors in Commands panel in Main window: "Undo" button exchanges its position with "Commands menu" button main PaintCAD icon now have additional 128?128px size. You can see this icon in "About" window.

in "Alpha" menu: new item "Render picture with alpha-clipboard" was added, allows you to render current picture with alpha-channel to black, white, FC, BC or grid background
in "Alpha" menu: new item "Capture picture and alpha-clipboard for SuperPaste" (Ctrl+Shift+C) was added, allows you to prepare opened PNG for SuperPaste. After opening PNG and calling this menu item - you can open any other picture and paste your PNG with alpha channel on this picture using SuperPaste.
in "Alpha" menu: new item "Cancel capture" (Ctrl+Shift+X) was added, allows you to abandon preparing image for SuperPaste. After you call it - you can use SuperPaste as usual (with selecting transparent color and transparency ratio).
in Preview window: new button "Alpha-render (A)" was added, allows you to render your picture and alpha in clipboard on black, white or grid background
in "File"-"Save" menu: new formats PNG and WBMP were added
in "..." file open menu (Ctrl+O) new formats PNG and WBMP were added
opening PNG via "Open ???": you can load image on picture only, or alpha-channel on picture only, or image on picture and alpha-channel to internal clipboard
saving PNG: you can save opaque picture, picture with transparent color or picture with semi-transparent alpha-channel (from internal clipboard)
in "Options" menu: new submenu "Common" was added
in "Options"-"Common": new item "Effect-action outside of defined color" was added, allows you to apply Gradient, Stars, Snow, Combustion on any colors with exception of defined color
hold "E" key when rotating bug-cursor and set bug direction to pseudo-3D isometry "2:1" axes
"Cursor position" command after applying now automatically calls for "Cursor to center" command

Retro IRC-chat: "C" button now controls flooding text in chat instead of colors. You can pause chat refreshing and continue it after reading.

in "Extender" tool: added "x2: AdvMAME2x", "x3: AdvMAME3x", "x4: AdvMAME2x + AdvMAME2x", "x9: AdvMAME3x + AdvMAME3x" methods
in "Extender" tool: added "Manual drawing" functions which emulates manual drawing of your picture or photo (using AdvMAME2x, AdvMAME3x, AdvMAME2x+AdvMAME2x)
in Commands menu: added "Merge tones" function, allows you to merge nearest every N tones to 1 for every component (R,G and B). It is very fast method, because "near tones" from color scale, not from picture. You can make picture with few colors based on source fully-colored picture with this function.
"Extra" menu added
"Muzz" player moved from "Utilites" to "Extra" and named as "Muzz Music Generator"
in "Extra" menu: some gray items added for future functions (in future versions)

when mode changes: file name in Main window title will clearing correctly

after changing of mode (8bpp-24bpp): "Table" tab will selected by default for 8bpp mode or "RGB" tab for 24bpp mode correctly
saving picture with 1 pixel height to JPG: instead of error and crash you will see warning message
fixed error: packing GIFs to GIF animation write correct palettes of every frame even for frames with different palettes
