What's new in PauseIt 0.2

- Replaced timeslicing/OS detect code with that used in RA-Monitor project. This gives detection of Windows 95 & Warp in addition to DOS, DESQview, Windows 3.x and OS/2 2.x. DESQview is now also lowest priority which means this program will correctly slice to Windows or OS/2 if running a TAME type program which converts DESQview pauses into OS/2 / Windows ones.
- Ensured keyboard buffer cleared on the way in. If pauseit was used recursively in a batch file, pressing a key would kill all waits.
- Replaced all C++ code with normal 'C' code.
- Included source code in archive.
- Released to the Public Domain.
