What's new in Payroll Calculator 3.8

• Users now can do columnheaders reorder. Click on the columnheader and move it around to your preferences. Note, this only effect onscreen viewing not export setting(eg: Excel or html etc).
• Eliminate the need for Payroll Calculator's ini file in the installed directory. All settings are save in registry.
