Apr 19, 2013- Version 1.3 allows the analysis of some x-based polynomials copied from the internet by PolyRootsRB filtering out spaces, *'s, \'s, and the ASCII for CR and LF for such x-based polynomials.

- fixed a bug which got incorrect signs for some complex coefficients in an x-based polynomial.
