- With external programs now also individual parts of the file name can be handed over as argument.
- With the program start of PlainEdit a Splash screen is indicated now.
- When opening and memory of files is supported now also Netscape line pagings.
- The number of search hits with the search in all documents is indicated now underneath the hit list.
- The Plugin API was extended by a special function for inserting text into the active document.
- In collecting mains now also CRC32 can -, MD5- and SHA1-Hashwerte to be used.
- In the collecting mains additionally the variables "%UTCDATE%", "%UTCTIME%" and "%UTCDATETIME%" can be used now, be representieren the current UTC time (GMT).
- In the window list documents can be now closed and stored.
- In order to be able to fill out forms or collecting mains better, it is now possible to a character sequence ("$|to jump $"), which specifies the next cursor position.
