What's new in PowerStar 3.10

• new data tip window for instant information display. Simply hover the mouse cursor on any part of the circuit to display electrical and device data.
• tool tip implementation provides information on the functions of toolbar buttons. Also shows symbol's device class and name on the symbols bar.
