  • Bug fixes:
  • Ordering of keywords per file in the middle pane of the results was always by effect size. This is now fixed to
  • allow the ordering of keywords in the bottom right pane of the results to determine the ordering.
  • The maximum cut-off threshold for effect size has now been increased to 999999.

New in ProtAnt 1.3.0 (Jan 31, 2023)

  • The build process to compile the app for Windows has been updated. Now the application is released with an installer or as a portable application.
  • The build process to compile the app for Mac OS has been updated. Now the application is released as a .dmg file that can be installed into a normal location (e.g., the Applications folder). The app is also digitally signed and notarized by Apple so fewer security errors will appear.
  • The software has been recompiled to ensure that it correctly launches on all platforms.
  • The help file has been updated to reflect the new changes to the build process, and separate license and version history files have been created
