- Added basic support for the SOCKS v4 protocol in the proxy server (currently
- always enabled).
- The Proxy log includes now the full path of the HTTP request (for non HTTPS
- connections).
- Rejected HTTPS and SOCKS requests are also logged now.
- Added new Hold Log check boxes, so users may pause logging for a while.
- Lots of bugs were found and fixed, the proxy server should be a little more
- stable now...

- Several gui changes.
- Users may view some log details with double-clicks on log items from the Proxy and the DNS logs.
- Applying settings doesn't cause the Proxy and DNS servers to restart unless the port settings have been changed.
