- New Features:
- Major layout changes on the main QSE Smart screen including:
- Left side menu introduced to select a QSE Module
- Toolbar removed and replaced with QSE Modules main menu
- Documented Information Module added
- Review Meetings Register added to the Leadership & Commitment Module
- New Help button provided on main screens with a link to activate the related help topic
- The QSE Administrator can now customise the sub-folders which are automatically created when a User double clicks a record item in one of the QSE Smart Registers
- Users can now create an Excel spreadsheet report of the ISO Compliance Matrix from the popup menu which is activated by right clicking the Compliance Matrix on the ISO Standards Compliance Module
- Enhancements:
- The Risk/Reward Matrix is now displayed on the following screens
- Risk/Opportunity Impact
- Accident/Incident/Hazard
- Improvement Request
- Risk Matrix for the Risk & Opportunities Module has been separated into a Risk Matrix and a Reward Matrix with colour coding for the resultant levels.
- A new consequence list has been introduced on the Risk/Opportunity Impacts screen as a Reward consequence as Insignificant, Minor, Moderate, Major, Consequential
- +/- Buttons added to add/remove ISO logos on the right side of the main screen
- New menu File|Configure QSE|QSE Settings added to customise QSE Smart settings including Locations, Departments, Jobs & Projects, Sub-Folders, Graphics
- New menu File|Configure QSE|User Access added to replace the main Configure QSE menu
- The QSE Administrator can delete an item on the ISO Compliance Matrix by selecting the item then pressing the <Delete> key
- Layout of the Edit Risk/Opportunity Impact screen has been changed to tabbed
- Problems Resolved:
- The function to migrate to SQL Server now correctly migrates all QSE tables from MS Access
