- A rest period will not begin within 10 minutes of an idle period or after returning from a system sleep state.
- The small un-intrusive timer window for the rest period is now the default option.
- The “Pause the work period stopwatch after a period of keyboard
- activity” has been changed to be the default option.

- Added options for different types of rest period displays:
- Enforce a rest with stretches displayed.
- Enforce a rest with a favorite photo displayed.
- Display a small un-intrusive timer window for the rest period.
- 10 suggested stretches (over 90 seconds) have been added.
- A list of tips is now displayed after the stretches.
- The work and rest timers have been simplified.
- An option to delay a rest by 10 minutes has been added (in addition to the existing 3-minute delay). This will allow you to finish off a bigger task before your next rest period.
- If the system sleeps or hibernates during a rest period, on the system resuming, a work period will be commenced.
- Previously, if you specified hotkey use, pause on idle use was turned on. This is no longer the case.
- Fixed a bug where it was possible that hotkeys were not turned off until RSIStopWatch was restarted.
- Fixed a bug for the installation of the Standard version of the software. Previously the configuration may not have been saved after the first run (from the installer).
- Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
