- Project ported to new development environment, which can work with unicode file names more correctly.
- Added auto converting of ini file from ANSI to unicode.
- Added ability to set upper/lower case of text by shortcuts Ctrl + ('U'/'L').
- About Russian texts:
- Accents setting was powerfully improved (bases and rules). There are more than 3.5 million words in the bases now.
