The workaround is to manually change the incorrect definition in DTSX file from DTS:CreationName="CozyRoc.SqlServer.SSIS.DataFlowTaskPlusXX" to DTS:CreationName="CozyRoc.SqlServer.SSIS.DataFlowTaskPlus11" when preparing to deploy.
