- Automated reminders for packages as well as general reminders. Never again forget to remind a customer before his or her package is ready to be renewed.
- Gift issued amounts and the ability to track the decreasing amount as the certificate is used by the customer. Enter Gift Certificate as a payment type, -with the amount- and under reports you will be able to get the history of the redeemed amounts along with the current total.
- Gift log. If you sell a gift card or gift certificate , you can now log it, and generate reports based on who sold it, who purchased it by date ranges.
- Package tracker. Enter the amount that you sell the package for and the name of the package . On the POS or checkout screen enter the amount redeemed to the ticket when the customer comes into the salon. The program will track the redeemed amounts , deducting each one and providing you with a report on the amount redeemed as well as a history and current balance. Enter redeemed amount as you would any payment type.
- Appointment book: You can now add free text to any appointment and it will appear under the first cell. This applies to all appointments from 30 min to 4 hours. It does not apply to 15 min appointments , time in , time out or days off. Phone number of the client is now added to the free text cell by default, making it easier to phone customers from the appointment book.
