What's new in espialert (formerly ScanForChanges) 1.3

• ScanForChanges (Change Scan) has undergone some major bug fixes as well as a few new features:
• Verbose Output: Shows the complete log of activity instead of the "scanner"
• Scanless Comparison: Compares two baseline files instead of performing a scan
• Distribution file is now a ZIP archive containing the JAR, a readme, and the MIT license.
