  • Timetabling:
  • Allocating Staff to Classes in r' Students are arranged by blocks of subjects taught simultaneously. Option lines and Games sessions are example of blocks. These can be built up into SuperBlocks that combine blocks into more flexible structures. Classes can be locked together so that students can be shuffled between two or more groups. Great for carousels or combined classes. Staff are allocated to classes in these blocks from a preset list of staff teaching the subject.
  • Fitting Blocks into Lesson Slots Staff can be allocated to lessons by selecting the cell under the required staff. Clashes are highlighted in yellow to allow these to resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Allocating Staff to the Right Number of Lessons. Based on your school's full allocation and staff percentage of full time, the system ensures that all staff are given the right responsibilities and lesson numbers to maximize the use of 17 all available teachers.
  • Reviewing Staff, Student and Room Timetable. As the timetable takes shape, staff, student and room timetables can be viewed to ensure that clashes are avoided and a balance of lessons is maintained.
  • House Points:
  • Students can be rewarded by giving them points which can be built up gradually and lead to incentives. These points are sometimes difficult to administer and this system take care of this tasks. Staff can award these to students through their class attendance screen or through the student details screen. If your school operates on a house system, house totals can be automatically generated on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.
  • Causes for Concern:
  • Students can be a cause for concern for a variety of reasons and this feature has been added to the review process for each class. Staff can report any issue they feel is a genuine cause for concern. This initiates a series of emails sent to HODs and HOYs that alert these staff to potential issues. The body of CFCs from different teachers will build up and allow quick identification by pastoral staff of the potential underlying reason for these issues. Appropriate interventions can be put in place at an early stage. Reports can be generated by all staff to allow common strategies to be adopted.
  • SEN and EHCP Monitoring:
  • Students with special educational needs or Education Health and Care plans can be monitored by your SEN support team and with this software your learning assistants can keep detailed records of any issues with an individuals learning as well as interventions adopted. This helps the review process and communication with parents and students and between colleagues.
  • Admissions:
  • This section allows all aspects of your Admissions process to be managed seamlessly from
  • six custom made screens. As registrants enter their details on a website linked to the underlying database, you can keep track of the process from an administrative screen. Any inquiries can be dealt with and details amended.
  • An Industrial Strength, Data Driven Approach:
  • Based on an underlying SQL Server database, the data is secure and robust taking advantage of built in encryption to ensure all your sensitive information is only available to staff with the right permissions.
  • Common Tasks at Staff's Fingertips:
  • Permission settings can be tailored either by a group or individually to ensure all users have exactly what they need to do their jobs.
  • Flexible Structure:
  • Schools can determine what they report on, how often and for which year groups. The application allows all school day and week structures to be catered for. Different day lengths and multiple week timetables are catered for.
