- New Features:
- A plugin system is now available. See the website for more information.
- Proxies can now be used. You can add your own proxies and/or Simple Forum Auto Poster can download a list for you.
- Proxies can be tested.
- Added "New" to the file menu. A warning was also added when there are unsaved changes. This also applies to the clear button.
- Added a right-click popup menu to the message editor. The menu contains cut, copy and paste actions.
- Added some statistics at the history tab.
- Added the possibility to automatically check for updates on startup.
- A new update screen that includes the release notes.
- Enhancements:
- Added a "none" tag for forums that doesn't use tags.
- Generic forum type now filters cancel buttons.
- Added "jpeg" to the image filter.
- Added information to the log when the import of a forum fails.
- Added a message when trying to save a post to the history when the history is still locked.
- Added a random image to the splash screen.
- Fixed: The history search. The search event occurred prematurely.
- Fixed: the loading UI will update its components, when a different look and feel is set.
- Fixed: during load the settings were saved 3 times.
- Fixed: combobox of L&F wasn't disabled when an action took place.
- Fixed: the search field and its clear button weren't disabled when an action took place.
- Internal changes:
- Added information to the generic forum type.
- Refactored the entire application source to base package "be.giannivh.simpleforumautoposter".
- Added backward compatibility for version 0.1 BETA 1.
- Threads are safer now.
- Improved the status bar.
