- A new (and, in my opinion, the best) encoder. Let me introduce you to the old H.264 Media Foundation; it's the encoder that uses fewer resources on your system.
- More code was refactored to make it more readable.
- Addressed video recording issues on certain graphics cards by modifying the command line for NVIDIA and AMD codecs. The recordings "should" now be smoother.
- The framerate combobox now selects the 60 fps value by default.
- More options for bitrate were added.
- The bug that occurs when you select more than one file in the merge media tool has been fixed.
- The merge media tool will now directly show you the Recordings folder and the file you need. No need to navigate all over the app to search for your files to combine/merge them.
- Several changes were made in the UI.
- FFMPEG was updated to 6.1.1.
- WMV video format was added (why not?)
