- Numeric and float factors can be plotted on an independent axis, this allows for free-form scaling of any factor, not depending on anything else (so, things like 1 to 1000 and -5 to +2 can be plotted within same chart space and look all right). This is turned on/off individually using the graph settings dialog in life factor properties.
- vCalendar/iCalendar import into Schedule is implemented.
- Made loading schedule items faster and also fixed a bug where you had to wait a bit when switching to the Schedule tab.
- Fixed a bug when you had "start with windows", "start minimized" and a password on your diary - it would popup immediately asking for a password, which it shouldn't have. Now it waits till you actually click on it (SDS) in the task bar and then asks for a password.

- SDS has been split into two distinct applications - one that is just Smart Diary Suite 4 which is aimed at Lite and Home users and the second which is Smart Diary Suite 4 Medical which is for the Ultimate edition users. The Ultimate edition has been renamed to Medical.
- Schedule has a few enhancements: you can now set your week's first day, adjust working day hours, set working week days and adjust whether to compress weekends in monthly view or not, you can also now receive a reminder via e-mail.
- The Medical edition now has a dedicated Medication tab.
- The Medication feature of the Medical edition allows you to set Medical Alarms that can go off multiple times per day, any day.
