Sozi Changelog

What's new in Sozi 23.7.25

Jul 26, 2023
  • If you are using Sozi 22.03 or an earlier version, Sozi 23.07 fixes the following issues:
  • PDF export (#645)
  • Unexpected transformations when the document contains embedded SVGs (#646 #647)
  • It also provides updated translations of the user interface.
  • Under the hood, it is based on Electron 20 and brings an updated version of the SVG rendering engine.
  • While Sozi itself has not changed a lot since the previous release, updating Electron has required a few adaptations internally, which could result in unexpected side effects.
  • On some platforms, the animations in the editor are smoother if you disable the hardware acceleration. This can be configured by running Sozi from the command line like this:
  • SOZI_DISABLE_HW_ACCELERATION=1 /opt/Sozi/sozi
