New in Sports Card Collection 3.5 (Oct 29, 2008)
- The Help File has been improved. A ‘What’s New In Version’ section will now be placed at the top to inform the user what improvements have been made for any new version. Sports Card Collection will automatically download a new version of the Help File when there is one.
- Drag and drop pictures into the picture box on the Add Card screen and the View Cards screen.
- The ability to save reports of a player or players is now available. The reports can be saved in either a Text format (.txt) or a Microsoft Word format (.doc).
- Two new fields have been added, Game Used and Autograph. The new fields can be used to search and categorize cards more efficiently.
- Saving user settings have been improved. Create Webpage colors (background and font) are now saved, History list lengths are now saved, and other additions that were added to SCC 3.5 are saved as well.
- Improvements to the Create Webpage tool include the addition of a new tab called: Homepage. On this tab a user can enter in text and a picture that will appear on the homepage. A checkbox also allows for the ‘Totals’ to appear on the homepage. The homepage text can be changed using the option on the Font Colors tab.
- A user can add a background picture that will appear behind the History tabs. This addition is located on the Customize screen in the ‘Background Color | Picture’ box.
- Three new totals have been added to the ‘Totals’ screen: Game Used, Autograph, and Game Used + Autograph.
