  • Choose a font color or create your own custom font color to print on your labels or envelopes.

  • Format options include: USPS (printed all upper case with no punctuation), UK (city/state/zip all printed on separate lines) and Mexico (zip code printed before city).

  • Create an export file of your name and address data in CSV format (comma separated).

  • Option to create separate labels for each individual in the same household or company.

  • Import Enhancement
  • When importing addresses from another program, sometimes you have fields in the other program that don't have a corresponding field in Address Manager. With this enhancement, you may assign all of these fields to the Notes area. That way you won't loose any information you'd like to import.

  • Print Reports for your Daily Planner
  • Reports available in 3 sizes, Standard (8.5 x 11), Planner (5.5 x 8.5) and Portable (3.75 x 6.75).
  • Page Break by Letter - Optionally print reports with a page break on each letter to separate the A's, B's, C's, for your address book.
  • Multiple Address Types - Assign multiple address types to one entry. For example, assign John Smith to your Family list and also your Holiday Card list.
  • Birthdays - Enter birthdays with only the month and day. No year required.
  • Birthday Labels - Automatically create address labels for individuals shown on the birthday report.
  • Backup to CD - Backup directly to CD without using special CD burning software.
  • Quick Recall - Save time during data entry as previously entered information is automatically recalled.
