What's new in Steam Connection Info 1.0.3

• Removed the relay column because it was pretty much always 0 anyway.
• Made SteamConnectionInfo.WPF overlay more responive to when players disconnect.
• Changed code architecture of SteamConnectioninfo.DLL to hopefully make it more readable.
• Fixed a bug with packet monitoring in SteamConnectionInfo.DLL that would stop packet monitoring from working and cause CPU usage to stay stuck around 15% after idling for 30-40 minutes.
