New in Teleport Player 0.5 (Apr 28, 2009)
- Software renamed - we now have the "Teleport Player" and "Teleport Soundscaper" and the packs are called "Teleport Packs"
- New look throughout application
- New Settings dialogue for configuring tooltips, 3D sound and other basic options
- Double-click on .tpp files to install them
- Software generally made more robust with a number ofbug fixes and performance updates
- Player:
- Use 2-D sound for recording or stereo speakers where this sounds better
- New teleport-in and teleport-out sounds plus transition between playlist Packs
- Running time available from the Info dialogue
- Access the Info dialogue now by clicking on the Pack title or the pack image
- Soundscaper:
- New tabbed and categorised view for editing SoundThreads
- Preview individual Threads or whole Packs from the Soundscaper
- Move Threads between parents by dragging them within the Tree
- Reorder threads by dragging them to their parent again - this will make the Thread the last of its siblings under this parent
- Default monochrome theme: change the theme from the Settings option in the Player
