  • TCW Admin will hibernate if left idle for more than 60 minutes. Person will have to click 'Resume' to continue. This is to protect your database from becoming corrupted by the Microsoft Data Access tools timing out with an open connection.
  • Color blind option added for users that cannot see the default colors for punched in, out or on break.
  • Fix error where "Invalid pointer operation." on certain rare conditions, where the person shuts down the computer, and some other Applicant stops windows from shutting down. When this happens, TCW closes, expecting to be removed from memory. Since this did not happen, TCW becomes unstable. This issue is fixed.
  • Fix for Mail - where the mail would sometimes hang.

  • It was found that if an employee was using the Filter to display their time and "blanked out" either the start date or end date it would crash popping up the bug report. This has been fixed to pop up a friendly message telling them to enter a valid date.

  • It's been reported that with a number of antivirus programs with settings too high, installation and accessing the registry with program settings is being blocked not allowing the program to run properly. We now detect this problem and pop up a message telling the user to disable their antivirus and try the installation again.

  • HSL to RGB error fixed.
  • When in non-2K mode on old XP computers, when adding a date such as '014', this may be interpreted as 11AD. The error message is 'Invalid SQL Timestamp'. This is now auto-corrected to 2014 or an error message 'Invalid date' will popup to ask to correct date.

  • When manually adding time transactions in the admin tool if they were checked as OT1 or OT2 it was not being picked up in the Totals Report or Export properly. This has been fixed.

  • New option to display time totals in reports in decimal. The default is in hours, minutes and seconds, by selecting the option when printing reports for "Decimal Time" it will print the totals in decimal rounding at two digits after the decimal.

  • Set TimeList in Admin tool to default to sort by Date/Time punched in with the newest punches at the top of the list.
  • Fixed a problem where all employees except one was set to weekly overtime at 40 hours a week. One employee was set to pay overtime on a daily basis but did not set any of the conditions, such as checking to pay after X hours in a day. This caused the totals report and export to put all of the regular hours into the overtime 1 location.

  • It was discovered that if you had an employee that punched in on the last day of a pay period used for reporting and punched out the next day or several days later, the "end period date" for the report or export selection was changed to that "punch in" date making the reports or export use the wrong ending date.   • [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Operation must use an updateable query on logout. This is fixed by hotfix from Database driver vendor.
  • [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot open database '(unknown)'. It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt. This is fixed by hotfix from Database driver vendor.

  • It was reported that administrator entered Sick Time was not exporting to PayWindow properly. In checking the problem, we noticed that we had omitted the code to separate the "Departments" in the export and Totals report. This has been added back and is not exporting and reporting properly.

  • ZIP export is updated to latest PKZIP library.
  • On certain PDF exports (with more than 100 pages), it may generate a corrupted PDF file. The PDF internal library is updated to avoid such situations.
  • The clock-out logic is fixed for rounding on punching out.
