  • (New) Custom fields: New custom field option allow administrator to create their own customized fields in Project, Client, Employee and Time Entry. "Custom fields" option in other areas is still under development.
  • (New) Decimal format for total time: This new option in preferences allow user to enter their time in decimal format. For example (5.75) or (2.25). Earlier, only supported format was "Time Format" for total time. For example (5:45) or (2:15) respectively.

  • (New) Offline Timesheet Feature: New option for exporting and importing of Offline Timesheet File in Time Entry. User can now export "Offline Timesheet" file from "Period View" of Timesheet. And then they can fill it while they are offline during travel using Excel or any othe CSV editor. They can then import those files in TimeLive once they return to office.
  • (New) Task Completed Percentage field in Time Entry to update Task status while entering Timesheet.

To login to mobile URL, just login to http://YourTimeLiveURL/mobile/. Currently supported devices are Blackberry 6, Android 2.1 or higher, Windows Mobile 7, iPhone (iOS 3.1 or higher).
  • (New) New "Timer Control / Stop Watch" feature with our in/out format for the timesheet you have the ability to enter time via start and stop times. Additionally, stopwatch functionality is available to ensure accuracy down to the minute without having to remain logged into the system. Timer control can be launched from DayView and PeriodView of Timesheet by clicking on "Start Timer" button.

  • (New) TimeLive Terminology: New "Manage Terminology" option now allows TimeLive Admin to change Timesheet terms to any of their own custom terminology. Admin can define which "TimeLive" terms they want to modify with their own required name in “Admin Options”-->”Manage Terminology”. After update, TimeLive will then use those terms in everywhere in application including menus, timesheet, forms, reports etc.
