What's new in Timezone Changer 1.0.0.0

• New version of the C# project (replaced the original). The original didn't reference the libraries in "lib" properly. Also, in Project Properties, in the Debug tab, you need to set Start external program to {program files}\MSDN Coding 4 Fun\MEF Utility Runner\HostedWpfApp.exe. Make sure that you install all of the prerequisites, although the API Code Pack is already included in the project.
