What's new in Tinnes Desktop Calendar 0.42b

- Changes to the Date Format are now saved properly.
- When in the smallest box style the Day Headers sometimes didn't displayed what they were suppose to. This is now fixed.
- Fix another bug. Towards the end of the month when some people were going though the calendar the wrong month would be displayed. e.g. December would be shown twice and other months would be skipped.
- Added a program in the installation to reset Desktop Calendars positioning.
