  • The HootSuite social network aggregation service no longer supports posting from TriSys, thus has been removed from our application.
  • A new partner for posting social network messages to twitter, facebook, linkedin has been chosen and implemented. Buffer helps you manage multiple social media accounts at once, schedule content from anywhere on the web, collaborate with team members, and analyse rich statistics on posting performance.
  • The mechanism of posting jobs to social media remains the same despite the change of provider.

  • A clear button has been added to post-it notes.
  • CV archiving has been enabled to the process of manually associating a CV to a record. This means when a CV is updated, a copy of the old CV is held in an historic CV archive and is available from the notes history of the specified record.
  • A large set of general performance enhancements have been applied to the booking sheet to optimize work flow.

  • Employer and Availability have been added to TriSys as additional columns when searching candidates via iProfile.
  • Function added which opens the iProfile page for the candidates directly from the search results.
  • Placement stage business logic is now set based on template name. This gives users adding templates the ability to add new templates which match behaviour of existing templates. For example if a template is added with “Terminate” in the name then the action behaviour will persist the placement terminate business logic.

  • Company merge has been implemented into V10. This will give users the option upon deleting a company record to merge the linked information to another company record.
  • To fall in line with templates the subject, note history & scheduled task text merge now include all contact fields and any additional SDK added fields.
  • Placement stage action now includes all available merge fields.
  • Changes applied to the initialization of template editing to dramatically improve loading time when loading the template editor on an action run for a large amount of contacts.

  • A new system setting can be added which defines the default filter for text fields. The system setting is “GRID: Default Text Filter Option”. The value needs to be set to the default text filter desired, for example if the value is set to “Contains” the default value for filters will change to contains.
