What's new in URR 3.0

• Major improvements to the look of the Widget frame (standard/minimal)
• Added a new frame called "Glass" which has a smoked glass look
• Clarified the messages displayed during retrieval of RSS feeds
• Removed old images within story description prior to loading new image
• Moved images in the story to the bottom of the frame
• Updated "About" graphics and handle graphics
