More than doubled the Max FPS for LAN use, max rate ~60 FPS(actual rate varies depending upon window size, the system andconnection latency)
Added a link accelerator (persistent cache) mostly designed for use with
frequently made connections over LAN and Internet (it a requiresa sync transfer to establish the states on the connection, which couldbe up to a
maximum of 2.5 Mb, the more a specific connection is cached,the greater the
savings in Bandwidth.)
Merged the LAN and WAN mode options as they became irrelevant with the new build
